​The 15th Biennial Longleaf Conference will be held October 7-11, 2024 at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort (9300 Emerald Coast Pkwy W, Miramar Beach, FL 32550). The Longleaf Alliance strongly encourages you to book your accommodations through our room block. We contract for a block of rooms in advance and at a discounted group rate. If we don’t meet our contract obligations with the hotel, TLA could be imposed a penalty.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a planned resort community located between the beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and the living shoreline of Choctawhatchee Bay. Many activities are available including golf, tennis, multiple pools, canoeing and kayaking, fishing, and there are multiple restaurants and shops on the property.

LODGING OPTIONS: Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom condominiums are available. All units are equipped with either a kitchenette or full kitchen.
  • Studio: $149.00 per night plus 14% resort fee* and 12% tax
  • One-bedroom condominium: $169.00 plus 14% resort fee* and 12% tax
  • Two-bedroom condominium: $267.00 plus 14% resort fee* and 12% tax.

*The daily resort fee includes resort transportation, self parking, 2 bicycles for 4 hours each day, one hour canoe, kayak or tennis rental each day, wireless internet, and use of the fitness center.
MAKE A RESERVATION: One-nights deposit is required when the reservation is made and final payment is due 7-days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation, cancellations made 7-days prior to arrival are fully refundable. 

PARKING: Self parking is included with the daily resort fee required with overnight accommodations.
