Registration Pricing and Inclusions
Full Conference Registration Pricing: Rate includes all sessions, Tuesday reception, Wednesday breakfast and lunch, Thursday reception, Friday breakfast and refreshment breaks. Field trip is an additional cost.
*Attention Members of The Longleaf Alliance: Thank you for supporting our organization! As a current member, you are eligible for a discounted conference registration fee. Select "TLA member" under registration type below to access this membership benefit. For questions about membership status, please contact The Longleaf Alliance Office at 334-427-1029. If you register as a member in error, we will simply invoice you the difference.
**Not currently a member of The Longleaf Alliance? Not to worry! You can register for the conference AND become a member at the same time! To access this package deal, select the "non-member" registration type below. After entering your registration information, you can opt to include a $75 membership donation to The Longleaf Alliance, immediately qualifying you for membership benefits.
Interested in Exhibit Space? The fee is $900 and includes one exhibit table and one full conference registration. This option is available on the member or non-member registration path.
***A la carte pricing is as follow:
- $450 early rate for *members of The Longleaf Alliance / $525 regular rate after August 15th.
- $550 early rate for **non-members / $625 regular rate after August 15th.
- **Package Deal: The Longleaf Alliance membership and conference registration at member rate. Early rate is $525 / regular rate after August 15th is $600.
- $350 for students
- ***A La Carte Options are also available on any of the registration paths; see pricing below.
- Field trip space is limited, is optional, and is NOT included in the main registration package. Additional fee: $125. Please add this to your registration as you move through the process if you plan to participate.

CANCELLATION POLICYRefunds less a $50 administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation request is received by September 30. After September 30, no refunds will be issued but substitutions are allowed.
